Patricia White is the founder of PW-LA and sole Company Director. Patricia has specialised in Litigation and Dispute Resolution for over 20 years. Patricia is a Commissioner for Oaths and a Qualified Civil & Commercial Workplace Mediator. She is fully qualified and authorised to conduct litigation and advocacy under the Legal Services Act 2007 and is a Grade A Fee Earner under the Civil Fees Guidelines. She appears as an Advocate in various Courts and Employment Tribunals across England & Wales including Central and Outer London Courts, Bristol, Watford, Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham, Doncaster, Hull, Leicester, York, Scarborough, Harrogate, and Bradford.

Tamara Noden-Poli LLM
Employment Consultant
Tamara is based in North Wales and has experience working both in law firms and in‑house, across a range of practice areas.
Whilst studying for her Graduate Diploma in Law and Masters in Legal Practice, Tamara has developed a particular interest in employment law, contract law, and is a strong advocate for DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion), with a drive for ensuring clients have a voice when dealing with discrimination either in employment or as consumers in the delivery of services.
Tamara is passionate about providing clear, practical advice that helps clients achieve their goals whilst receiving a bespoke, personable service, with empathy and great care in attention to detail.
Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with family and getting absorbed in a gripping TV series. Tamara has a continual thirst for extending her knowledge and is very much a curious learner, always keen to pick up new hobbies or skills alongside her academic achievements.

Zoe is PW-LA’s go to, hands on Executive Legal PA, and is an allrounder with the depth of knowledge and tenacity needed to keep a growing law practice on track. Zoe provides virtual assistance through her own company Madrose Management, and is truly, passionate about delivering top priority client care, in a timely, fashion and with considerable attention to each individual client.
Zoe works directly with Patricia White, and provides support with the financial, compliance and client care practices within the firm. Zoe ensures the legal team has everything they need to deliver exceptional service. From making sure all client onboarding is handled promptly and correctly, to keeping files and processes fully compliant Zoe facilitates the smooth foundations that allow the legal team to focus on their cases.

Hi, I’m Danielle, a wife and mother to 3. I enjoy the great outdoors, camping, finding hidden gems on the motorbike and just family time in general. I have previously worked in the NHS and private healthcare sector alongside administration work. I thrive on client satisfaction ensuring all needs and expectations are met. I am approachable, respectful, confidential and look forward to helping people get the outcome they deserve.
Danielle looks after the processing of client data and information management, ensuring system accuracy for document and evidential indexing and identification within the client case management. Danielle is also the financial records manager working alongside Patricia and the firm’s accountants.

Beyond the office, Deborah enjoys spending time in the countryside, particularly on long dog walks that often end with a visit to a traditional pub.
